Customer Service Representative
Companies offering products and services need customer support representatives to answer phones, provide support to customers, schedule and confirm service appointments, and file documents.  This job requires excellent phone etiquette, a friendly personality, and great communication skills.  The pay varies depending on company and experience, but most companies in the area offer starting pay of around $13 to $15 an hour.  Qualified candidates must be computer literate, have data entry skills, and be detail-oriented.
