Top Performance of the Year
Our top performer for the first half of 2015 is Karen Rosenhoffer of our Cleveland office. Karen, a 26-year veteran of Area Temps, is one of our most valued employees. She has a knack for building a rapport with her clients that translates to a lasting loyalty. Her ability to provide top-notch service to her existing customers, coupled with her ability to build new business relationships in 2015, won her first place.

The Achievement Club
Being a member of our elite Achievement Club is the highest honor awarded to our staff members. Our account representatives and recruiters who were named to this level in the first half of 2015 earn bonus vacation days and a share of large cash jackpots.

Team Trifecta
Our Team Trifecta award goes to the office that earns the most points for meeting customer service-oriented objectives, such as receiving positive customer and employee reviews, making new placements, and developing new accounts. The winning office for the first half of 2015 was Lakewood and the employees at that office split a cash bonus.

Certification Bonus
Our account representatives and recruiters earn their professional certification by meeting certain industry standards. Once certified, Area Temps awards cash bonuses to those achieving new levels of professionalism. The recipient of a certification bonus in the first half of 2015 is Jessica Lehman of our Parma office. She achieved certification and an additional 2 levels.
