I want to say thank you to Parma Area Temps! They were very pleasant, professional and possess exceptional customer service skills coupled with positive attitudes. They are experienced, knowledgeable and very relatable, whether it is face to face or over the phone, and they have a great attitude in general. Their administrator was very thorough during the sign up. She clearly, and in detail, explained every section when I first walked through the door and saw about a dozen other people in the lobby. Dealing with that many applicants, yet everyone had all the attention they needed and we were all squared away in a timely manner! Amazing! While I was in a search for a job, I was offered several positions. They worked with me and carefully listened to all my criteria until they were met to ensure my success. I think they are great and I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to please.
