At Area Professionals, our recruiters will work with you to find a rewarding career opportunity that fits your needs. Here is how our placement process works:

The Application

Once we know your basic career goals, work experience and expectations, we’ll ask you to complete an on-line application found under the eRegistration link on this website.  Please not that Area Professionals is a division of Area Temps, so you will be using their basic application. Within 24 hours of submitting your completed eRegistration, we’ll be back in touch to arrange an appointment for a personal interview.

Meeting Your Recruiter

Our recruiters will work around your busy schedule to set up a confidential, one-on-one interview, either in person or via video conferencing.  During this meeting, we will discuss your interests, experience and work preferences.  Our recruiter will also review your work history, and identify client companies and positions that may be right for you.  Area Professionals is ready to help you meet your career goals!

The Referral

Using a wide variety of resources, including a network of business contacts developed over 35 years in staffing, we will refer you to client companies with openings that match your skills and specific needs.  We pride ourselves on helping professionals pursue new career opportunities that aren’t typically listed on popular job websites.  Then, we’ll help you navigate the interview process, and will continue to work with you until we locate a position that’s the perfect fit.

Our Fee Structure

There is never a fee for candidates to use our direct hire, contract-to-hire or contract temporary services. All fees are employer-paid and charged on a contingent basis.
